Is Vivahealthy™ a medical program?
No. Vivahealthy™ is a lifestyle coaching program designed to support lower and more stable blood pressure through nutrition, daily habits, accountability, and personalized guidance.
The program works alongside your medical care and does not replace your doctor, medical treatment, or prescribed medications.
Will I work directly with Vivian?
Yes. All coaching sessions, guidance, progress reviews, and support are provided directly by Vivian Avowlanou, CINHC, Founder of Vivahealthy™.
What if I'm currently taking blood pressure medication?
Many of our clients are currently taking blood pressure medication when they begin the program.
The program focuses on helping you build sustainable lifestyle habits that support healthy blood pressure while encouraging ongoing communication with your healthcare provider regarding any medical treatment or medication decisions. In many cases, clients’ doctors have been able to reduce or discontinue their medications as a result of a lifestyle changes.
What's the difference between the 1-Month and 3-Month Programs?
1-Month Personalized Blood Pressure Stabilization Program
Designed for individuals who need guidance, structure, and support to begin identifying patterns and building healthier habits.
3-Month Advanced Blood Pressure Stabilization Program
Designed for individuals who want more comprehensive support, accountability, personalized adjustments, and ongoing coaching to build long-term consistency and confidence.
If you're unsure which option is best, we'll discuss your situation during your Strategy Call and recommend the most appropriate level of support.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Vivahealthy™ does not accept insurance.
Some clients may choose to use HSA or FSA funds if permitted by their plan. Please check with your provider for eligibility.
Do I need lab work?
Not always. Lab work may be recommended depending on your situation and goals.
If recent lab results are available, they can help provide additional insight and allow for more personalized support.
Is coaching done virtually?
Yes. All coaching sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home regardless of location.
